Primary Wordmark
- The IBS wordmark represents the Institute as a leading research organization in basic science, where world-class researchers come together. The initial 'I' is stylized to resemble both a human figure and the number '1', symbolizing people and excellence.
- The 'S', positioned at the upper right of the 'B', represents the advancement of Korea’s science through the Institute for Basic Science.
Signature
The signature is a design element that combines the wordmark and logotype in optimal proportions.
