Dormitory Procedure

	Procedure
1	○ Contact a responsible person of the Dormitory (TEL : 010-9314-8114, dorm@ibs.re.kr)   - Check availability of rooms and settle on a moving date
2	○ Pay the first month’s rent
3	○ Residency Check (dorm@ibs.re.kr)   - After move-in, residents need to fill a checklist of dormitory furniture & Amenities and send a scanned copy through the email
4	○ Pay monthly rent by the 21st of each month(Check-out is required if residents move out)   - For your last month, pay before the moving date
