2.        Scope of Work: The CLOVE Mission Flight System

3.        Duration of Work: 36 months from the date of Contract Award

4.        Bid Type: Competitive Bid (Contract by Negotiation)

5.        Total Budget: KRW 2,000,000,000 (The KRW/EUR exchange rate by KEB Hana Bank will be applied on the date of bid registration.) The bid price must be submitted within the total budget.

9.        Composition of Proposal Documents

1.     Bid Application Form

2.     Capability and Experience(Heritage)

3.     Technical Proposal

4.     Price Proposal(Including Bid bond, to be sealed in a separate envelope)

5.     Business Registration Certificate(issued by the authorities)

6.     In case of proxy, Power of Attorney documentation and copy of identification papers

10.    Nullification of Bid

Any bid falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be annulled:

1. Bids made by persons without the required bid participation qualification;

2. Bids made by persons without the right of representation;

3. Bids made without paying the prescribed amount of the bid bond by the given date;

4. Bids for which the proposal fails to reach a certain place by the given date;

5. Bids in which the same person submits two or more proposals for the same matter;

6. Bids in which a person also serves as an agent of another person or represents two or more persons for the same matters;

7. Bids in which an important part (e.g. the bid price) of the proposal is omitted or for which a correction seal has not been affixed thereto after correction;

8. Bids made by persons who have rigged the bid by mutual consent, interfered with other persons' participation in such bid, or obstructed the official duties of a bid official(s);

9. Bids without affixation of the bidder's signature and seal on the proposal; and

10. Bids in which a bidder declares his/her intention to revoke the bid and a bid staffer acknowledges it at the scene of bid opening, due to a material mistake in the proposal
