Professor Jaewoo Park from the Department of statistics and data science, Yonsei University gave a talk titled “A Bayesian Convolutional Neural Network-based Generalized Linear Model,” and Professor Il-Youp Kwak from the Department of applied statistics, Chung-Ang University gave a talk titled “Reconstructing Single Cell Lineage Trees from CRISPR recorders by Distance-based Methods.”
Furthermore, seven young researchers from ibs BIMAG and Professor Jong-Eun Park’s lab in KAIST presented talks about 1) sleep data acquired from smart watches, 2) gene transcription dynamics data analysis, and 3) single-cell sequencing analysis.
