On April 28, 2022, Kun Hu from Harvard University, gave an online talk at the IBS Biomedical Mathematics Colloquium. The title of his talk was “Scaling behaviors in physiological fluctuations: relevance to circadian regulation and insights into the development of Alzheimer’s disease.”
On 21 April 2022, our group moved from the third floor to the second floor the Theory Building. After moving, we took group photos.

On April 22, 2022, Mohit Kumar Jolly from Indian Institute of Science gave a talk at the IBS Biomedical Mathematics Seminar. The title of his talk was “Dynamical and topological hallmarks of regulatory networks driving phenotypic plasticity and heterogeneity in cancers.”

On April 14, 2022, Denise Kirschner from the University of Michigan, gave an online talk at the IBS Biomedical Mathematics Colloquium. The title of her talk was “A systems biology approach using multi-scale modeling to understand the immune response to tuberculosis infection and treatment.”
Before the main talk, she gave also an overview of methods used for multi-scale modeling and analysis.
Our group members (Prof. Jae Kyoung Kim, Dr. Hyuntae Jo, Hyukpyo Hong, and Yun Min Song) participated in 2022 MINDS Workshop: MINDS & IBS BIMAG & APCTP encountering. The workshop was held in POSTECH and the members gave talks.
