We are delighted to announce that our groundbreaking AI algorithm, meticulously designed to forecast the risk of sleep disorders, has received the esteemed Innovation Award from MEDITEK. This accolade not only highlights BIMAG’s exceptional contributions to the healthcare realm but also underscores the algorithm’s potential to usher in a transformative era in our approach to addressing sleep disorders.
The algorithm is the fruit of extensive research conducted by Ha et al., with their paper titled “A Machine Learning-Based Simple Questionnaire for Predicting the Risk of Sleep Disorders” currently pending publication.

Dr. Kwang-Yeon Choi is an assistant professor in the College of Medicine in Chungnam National University. Dr. Choi works on bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorder, and epigenetics.

Dr. Jonathan Rubin has joined our group as a visiting research fellow.
Dr. Jonathan Rubin is a professor in the Department of Mathematics, at U of Pittsburgh. Dr. Rubin works on theoretical and applied problems coming from neuroscience, as well as on parameter estimation, inflammation, and other problems in mathematical biology in collaboration with students, postdocs, and medical school faculty.
Hyukpyo Hong began Van Vleck Assistant Prof at the U of Wisconsin-Madison.
