Former BIMAG member, Dr. Daewook Kim, began his role as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at KAIST on September 1.

Starting September, Dr. Seokjoo Chae begins as a postdoctoral associate at Rice University.
On August 16th, our postdoc Dr. Spinicci gave a talk on “SMSSVD : Submatrix selection singular value decomposition” at the Journal Club.


CI Jae Kyoung Kim released his new book, 수학이 생명의 언어라면 (If Mathematics is the Language of Biology), on August 22, 2024. The book explores how mathematical concepts can be applied to solve complex biomedical challenges. It is available at https://product.kyobobook.co.kr/detail/S000214091798.
