Felix is starting his position from August 16, 2024. Previously, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2022 under the supervision of Jozsi Balogh and was a postdoc researcher at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
Bjarne Schülke is joining ECOPRO from July 1, 2024 as an IBS Young Scientist Fellow. Before coming here, Bjarne was a Harry Bateman Instructor in Mathematics at Caltech. He got his Ph.D. from Univ. Hamburg in 2021 under the supervision of Christian Reiher and Mathias Schacht.
Our YSF Dongyeap Kang received 2023 the prestigious Sangsan Prize for Young Mathematicians (상산젊은수학자상) from the Korean Mathematical Society. This prize is for those with outstanding academic achievements in mathematics who are within 5 years of receiving their Ph.D. degree.
