[특허 요약] The present disclosure provides a new protocol for sequencing the 3′ end of messenger RNA (mRNA). The present disclosure can be very favorably used in analyzing the repetitive sequences of nucleic acids, which are difficult to analyze by current sequencing methods, especially, homopolymeric sequences (poly[A] sequence) of mRNA. The present disclosure has significantly improved sensitivity to mRNA compared with an existing method, thereby obtaining a lot of genetic information from a small amount of sample. The method of the present disclosure reduces the time and cost for sequencing the 3′ end of mRNA and can be applied to various samples, and thus, can be used as a useful tool in the study of RNA synthesis/degradation and protein production in association with all life phenomena, including embryogenesis, cancer, and neurotransmission.
