[특허 요약] The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring a waveform of a light wave. The device for measuring a light wave, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a pulse separation unit for separating an input light wave into a basic pulse and a signal pulse; a time delay control unit for controlling a time delay between the basic pulse and the signal pulse; a focusing unit for focusing the time delay-controlled basic pulse and signal pulse to an ionized matter; and an ionization amount measuring unit for measuring an ionization amount from an electron and/or an ion generated by the focused basic pulse and signal pulse, wherein a waveform of the input light wave is obtained by obtaining, according to the time delay, an ionization variation amount variated by means of the signal pulse.
