This study proposes a novel method for efficiently and precisely estimating enzyme inhibition constants using only a single inhibitor concentration. The work was co-authored by undergraduate intern Hyeongjun Jang, Dr. Yunmin Song, and corresponding author Prof. Jae Kyoung Kim.
