The Institute for Basic Science is a national research institution established in accordance with Article 14 of the “Special Act on Establishment of and Support for International Science and Business Belt”.
B.W. Lee Center for Fields, Gravity, Strings aims at discovering basic strucure of fields, gravity, and strings. B.W. Lee Research Center invites creative and dynamic talents who will join us achieve our goals.

■ Qualifications

• - Applicants must not be disqualified under Article 33 of the “State Public Officials Act”
• - Applicants must have completed mandatory military service or be exempt from such service, and they must not be prohibited from traveling abroad
• - Persons with degrees and certificates in the relevant area (5 years of research experience after obtaining the doctoral degree)
• - all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, or nationality.
